Entra-native identity
Each AGENTIX is a real licensed M365 user. Conditional access, DLP, sensitivity labels, eDiscovery, sign-in logs — every policy you've already set applies, with nothing to re-paper.
Outlook + shared mailboxes
Each AGENTIX has a real mailbox. Shared mailboxes route inbound work. Send-As keeps replies in the right voice. Triage and draft happen via Microsoft Graph.
Teams chat + telephony
